Terms & Conditions

If you have any questions about our service, from delivery to returns, we should have covered it here.

Each item will be sent by through Royal Mail and will need to be signed for to ensure your parcel reaches you safe and sound.

The cost of postage will be £3.50 on top of the cost of your jewellery.

You’ll need to allow up to 10 days from the time of ordering to the time of delivery as our items are handmade to order. Please bear this in mind when ordering goods for a certain date.


Please contact us for a quote on how much postage will cost.

Please note that we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to your home address.

Spun Sugar Jewellery cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or delayed in transit.



The joy of handmade jewellery is that no two pieces are the same, and you will have something unique and original to treasure.

This may mean that the piece you receive looks slightly different to one in the picture, or one your friend may have. But please rest assured that every piece of jewellery will be finished to the same high quality standard.


We take payment on this website through Paypal.

If you’re not happy with this and prefer to pay by cheque, that’s fine. But we will have to wait for the cheque to clear before we can dispatch the goods, which may be several days.


Each item should arrive with you in perfect condition, however, in the unlikely event that a product is faulty or delivered in a damaged condition please call us on 07795 096835 or email us at mail@spunsugarjewellery.com and return the goods to us within 10 days of receiving the order.  If it is faulty we will replace the item, deliver the replacement free of charge and refund your return postage costs.  We suggest you use a form of recorded and insured delivery when returning items. 

If the item is in good working order, but you have changed your mind then you can return it to us (at your own cost and providing it hasn’t been used) for a refund with 7 days of it being posted to you.

However we will not refund commissions which are personalised to you as they cannot be resold. And due to health and hygiene regulations earrings cannot be returned, under any circumstances, unless they were originally faulty.  


The Spun Sugar Jewellery website as a whole is protected by copyright and trade dress, all worldwide rights, titles and interests in and to which are owned by Spun Sugar Jewellery.

The website design and all jewellery designs, images, photographs and text associated with www.spunsugarjewellery.com are the property of Spun Sugar Jewellery and cannot be copied, transmitted, published, displayed, distributed or commercially exploited or used in any way without previous written consent issued by Spun Sugar Jewellery and we claim and retain copyright.

Spun Sugar Jewellery shall not be liable in respect of any shortage of or any failure to supply goods where such shortages or failure is due to Act of God, shortage of supply, riots, civil commotion, strikes, lock-outs, stoppages or restraint or withdrawal of labour for whatever cause whether partial or general or any other reason beyond the control of Spun Sugar Jewellery and Spun Sugar Jewellery in such circumstances shall not be liable in respect of any consequential loss to you.
